World Boards x Never Summer Powderslayer

If you want to rip the entire mountain but want more tip lift and overall pow float then you want to step to the Powderslayer. Like the Mountainslayer this board was designed by Jay to be fun in many conditions. Built by Never Summer in Denver out of all USA materials the board is super strong but light as compared to many in the pow board class. It shares the same layup and materials as the Mountainslayer so you are sure of its stability and bomber, super fast hard base. The Powderslayer has a 1 cm taper in the tail so the tail drops when it is soft and it enters into turns effortlessly. The tip boasts an elongated transition zone that comes up in the fluff and stays up. The enlarged floaty nose shape does the job without being in the way. This shaping allows it to be a full camber board that is snappy and powerful; it completely rails on the firm days! Same as the Mountainslayer the nose has a centered rail of carbon running from the front binding insert pack up through the tip that isn’t present in the tail. This makes the tail drop a bit and the nose stay steady when you are charging since it establishes a float plane in front of your foot for predictable firm lift which you can depend on when you are pounding through chop while beating your friends to the bottom.  And the carbon V’s at the tip and tail as well as the X’s at the feet ensure this thing transfers edge to edge quickly and has power on the ends for powerful entry and exit of turns as desired. It is layed up using biaxial fiberglass so you can foot steer and surf your turns a bit since it allows you to twist and manipulate the flex across the board. If you are in Bozeman come by and demo one for free. If you aren’t then just get one, you won’t be disappointed!!
